Sunwayfoto - Lens Focus/Zoom Lever

I had been shooting my Sigma 70-200mm f/2.8 often on my monopod, and it was not a comfortable position to be behind the viewfinder and have to position my arm to operate the zoom.
When hand held, this is not to much of an issue, and my elbow is underneath the lens and I am holding up the lens. But with a monopod, its just not a natural position.
So I picked up this Sunwayfoto Focus/Zoom lever:
By using this Focus Lever on the Zoom, I am now able to shoot with my right hand on the grip, my left hand holding the monopod and my index and middle finger operating the zoom lever.
Its funny, this weird iPhone pic makes the lens look like a little toy. I assure you, its the same lens as the first pic.
